FAQ

Questions families ask us

Q.Do I need a GP referral?

No. Contact us directly. Self-referral is always welcome.

Q.What kind of support do you provide?

Non-medical, in-home wellbeing support - practical help with daily routines, companionship, emotional check-ins, and accompanied outings. We complement clinical care, not replace it.

Q.Is everything confidential?

Yes. Completely. We do not share information with anyone unless you ask us to, or unless there is an immediate safeguarding concern - which we would always discuss with you first.

Q.Can you support someone just discharged from a mental health unit?

Yes. We can have support in place within days of discharge following our initial home visit and assessment.

You do not have to face this alone.

Fully confidential. No referral needed. Support starts within days.
